Grounded in 22 years of clinical knowledge as a Registered Nurse (RN), a Master of Science in Integrative Health (MSN), and a framework as a Certified Integrative Wellness Life Coach (IWLC), our founder, Lisa Mann Jones, blends her extensive background into a powerful educational coaching framework.
Since 2017, she has been anchoring women back into vitality through transformative wellness mentorship.
