ABOUT THE RETREAT

This is an amazing experience of Wellness, Crystals & Relaxation by the Lake! 

If you have never been crystal digging or to the downtown area of Hot Springs, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the history and the water of the springs on this retreat with us. 

Lisa (& Natural State Life Coaching LLC, Natural State Wellness group-) brings you an opportunity to experience wellness coaching, travel, sisterhood and learn more about crystals and intuitive processes and your own personal gifts!

Lisa is a certified travel agent, nurse and wellness coach, helping women broaden their horizons through retreat experiences every Spring and Fall in the beautiful town of Hot Springs, Arkansas.

This Autumn, we will focus on the Magic of Water and the history of Bathhouse Row, and the energy & frequencies of water!

We will include in your admission 3 nights, 4 days of accomodations, 

PLUS admission to the crystal mine at Ron Coleman, 

a champagne toast and 

group private oracle readings with a 

group healing sound bowl meditation at the mine.

Here is our opening meeting so that Thurday our guests can check in and relax, we will all meet on Friday, 10/14 at 10am.

 First, we will meet and explore the Fordyce Bathhouse, which was a working public bathing facility from 1915 to 1962, and is now home to the visitor center for Hot Springs National Park.

                Guests at the park can take a tour of the Fordyce bathhouse to learn about the bathing routines of the past. The bathhouse has been fully restored to its historical heyday, reminding visitors of the roaring 20s and 30s.

 Its elegant first floor is covered in marble and stained glass, while the second and third floors are home to the men’s baths and dressing rooms and the music room, respectively. Surprisingly, this bathhouse even had a bowling alley during its operational tenure, completing the recreational bathing experience.

This retreat is for you if you are looking for a chance to escape to the hills and relax, enjoy and learn about crystals and energy and take part in a crystal grid activation for the Earth's energetic frequency. It is a unique learning experience about the energy of water and crystals as well. We have trained oracle readers and intuitive healers available to support you on your spiritual journey, which of course, all activities are optional. You may wish to rest and relax by the lake and attend the spa downtown as well!

Lisa has had the group on Facebook for over 3 years now and it is growing to over 900 individuals. Lisa promotes frequency wellness and holistic health to the group and offers group based services for anyone interested in learning. 

We help women plan retreats and begin their business with logo and graphics for anyone interested in a spiritual business bundle.
