Our theme is "Love is in the Air" as we step into a fun & lighthearted Crystal Dig Retreat together.

WHERE: Hot Springs Accomodations near Lake Hamiliton (Check in- 4pm/Check out- 5/8 @ 10am)

 This is our 9th Retreat here in beautiful Hot Springs- where we adventure downtown, experience relaxation and connection with 20 others to learn more about nature and how nature can help us with our health and well-being! 

We dive more into the element of AIR- and this time, we focus on how to emotional and mentally CLEAR our clutter in the MENTAL aspect of health- which corresponds to the element of AIR-the MIND!

We honor eachother with a unique positive mindset, and practice mindfulness during our opening activity, a group walk, meditation & again later on Saturday May 6th, with a 30 min. mental activation session on the famous area of Mt. Ida, Arkansas at the Crystal Grid point. 

(This geological point holds energy that can help our mental wellbeing, our soul's inner- knowingness of what you are healing.)

.... and the Retreat serves as a guide to develop healthy relationships, support for courage to be yourself, trust what you want and trust what you are needing right now based on a whole, healed version of yourself. 

You may have felt the calling of this event even before you saw or heard about it. 

This is because you have an inner guidance system that is helping you choose your best life path from your Higher Consciousness. 

The retreat allows you to have a trained expert in Health & Life Coaching plan and create specific activities (optional) that bring forth new teachings and challenges to yourself and your relationship. 

You may also meet and learn about other healers and professionals with their teachings. Our unique activities and itinerary shines a light on the element of AIR- which represents the image of total health, as we walk, laugh, breath and show up together to meet a new path that you want.
